Are there limitations on the free trial?

The 7-day free trial allows up to 50 entries per month and 1 staff member. You can try all the basics — QR check-in, seat group management, call display, 3 operation modes, and 10 languages. LINE integration is available during the trial as well.

Can I change my plan at any time?

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade anytime from the admin dashboard. Upgrades take effect immediately, and downgrades apply from the next billing cycle. You can view and download billing history and receipts from the Stripe portal.

What is the refund policy?

Due to the nature of the service, we do not offer refunds for payments already made. Please take advantage of the 7-day free trial first. See our Terms of Service for details.

Are there additional charges for LINE notifications?

LINE notification integration is available from the trial onward. It requires a LINE Official Account (free to create). Message costs beyond LINE's free tier (200 messages/month) are billed by LINE and borne by the store.

What's the difference between Standard and Pro?

The main differences are entry and staff limits. Standard allows up to 2,500 entries/month and 3 staff members, while Pro offers unlimited for both. Notification channels and features are the same. Pro is recommended for large stores or multi-staff operations.
